We offer free, tracked delivery worldwide. Delivery to Europe and America takes 8-12 business days. For other regions, it takes 15-21 days. If you have any doubts about delivery to your area, please email us.

Shipping is free worldwide on all orders. For Europe, deliveries arrive in 8 to 12 days. For international orders, please wait 15-25 days before reporting a missing package.

First contact your local carrier to check the status of your order. Then contact us to find a solution. If you have subscribed to our Loss/Theft guarantee, we will resend your order or refund you in full.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt. Contact our customer service and send the package to the address indicated (return costs at your expense). Intimate products and those on promotion of -50% or more are not refundable, only exchanges or partial refunds can be made.

To reduce our environmental impact, we have removed return papers and invoices from our orders. These documents can be sent by email.
